  4. Uloapp complaint functions now has the ability for resident holders to view the actual staff name who is working on the complaint (by default it is shown). It helps in avoiding the residents to call up the staffs directly and encourages process compliance.
  5. Despite best of best efforts,some complaint cannot be solved ,the admin as the power to cancel the particular complaint .
  6. Resident holders can review the complaint raised .This brings the feedback of the complaint satisfaction .
